Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! The rooms are spacious and face either the pool or the restaurant, offering beautiful views of the ocean from the huge balconies. The service provided by the Manager, along with Diana & Ahmad at the reception, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, right on the stunning Beau Vallon beach and within walking distance to various shops and restaurants. The dining options were varied, and the hotel even arranged transportation for us. However, the food quality didn't always meet international standards.

I even got upgraded to a higher category room with an ocean view, and they surprised me with complimentary sparkling wine, fruits, and cake, which was such a nice gesture.
