The hotel is situated in a prime location right on Beau Vallon beach, offering great convenience and access to traditional street food spots nearby. The rooms are modern, spacious, and boast stunning views, though some maintenance issues like a broken toilet seat and water problems detract from the overall experience.
Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! The rooms are spacious and face either the pool or the restaurant, offering beautiful views of the ocean from the huge balconies. The service provided by the Manager, along with Diana & Ahmad at the reception, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, right on the stunning Beau Vallon beach and within walking distance to various shops and restaurants. The dining options were varied, and the hotel even arranged transportation for us. However, the food quality didn't always meet international standards.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with its spacious and stylish rooms, comfortable beds, and awesome bathroom facilities. However, I felt the need to escalate a small issue to the management during my stay.
I had a wonderful time at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms overlooking the ocean, a friendly and accommodating staff, and a fantastic location perfect for relaxation. The dining experience was good overall, but the prices in the hotel restaurants were a bit high.

The food was delicious, and the staff, especially Mr Abdul Fattah, was incredibly professional and friendly. However, the staff seemed overwhelmed and overworked at times.
The hotel is perfectly located right at Beau Vallon beach, offering a great base for a summer vacation with nice dining options nearby. The rooms, while not overlooking the sea as booked, feature beautiful bathrooms with a large 'rainforest' shower. The service was rushed during check-in, but the staff across the hotel were polite and welcoming. The dining experience, especially at the Grand Savoy Restaurant, was remarkable. The facilities are well-kept, and the overall value for money is reasonable.
